End User License Agreement

The following terms of business relate to this offered program – Blueshoot - and all the matching data files, which are offered on this Webserver and is in force between the Software manufacturer, IT Service, the office of and the user of the Software.
If you don`t agree to the following terms , then you are not allowed to make use of the Software.
The program Blueshoot offered hier is only available to Download.
If you load Blueshoot down from this server, you may have expenses! You will certainly have expenses if you use the WAP-Push-Service and let the Download Link be sent to you via SMS.
Therefore please note the terms of the Sevice supplier!
Blueshoot is free, may be copied and passed on.
It is not permitted to sell or rent the Software or make money out of it.
It is not permitted to change the Software, decompiliese parts of the program or take a Code out of the program and put it into another program.
The Producer doesn`t take over any responsibility for the correctness of the Software or that it is errorless and doesn`t take over any resposibility for the loss of data or damage to the hardware.
The terms of business may be changed at any time or be adapted.
