We (IT Service company -) take the protection of your personal adapted data very serious. We want you to know when we make use of each data and how we use them. We have taken technical and organisational steps to make sure that the Data safety rules will be kept by us as well as by the extern service suppliers.
Within the expanding development of our web offer and the implementation of modern technology it may be necessary to make changes in the data protection declaration. Therefore we would recommend to you to read this statement regularly.

Personal refering Data

Personal refering Data is personal information to your person, for example your name, your address and your telephone number.
Information which can not be put into relationship with you (for example the amount of users of the page ), is disregareded.
You can always use our online offer without showing your identity.

Access to the internet offer

With every users access to the internet offer of the IT Service company, and every other recall of a Data, data of this process will be registered and used.
In each case data about an access will be registered like this:

* Name of the recalled file
* Amount of data tranfered
* Message, whether the recall was successfull
* Referrer
* Date and time of access
* If available, the used company system and browser product of the access Host-System
* IP Address, annonomised DNS-Information as well as Top Level Domains ( TLD ) of the accessing Host Systems.

These data are only used to evaluate the statistics as well as to optimise the Internet offer and is then extinguished. They are not used to make a user profile.

Passing on Personal refering data to other people

Data, which have been put to record due to access will only be forwarded to other people if we are
forced to do so by law or due to a decission made by court or if needed is forwarded due to an attack on our IT – Infrastrucktur to rights or criminal prosecution. Forwarding will not take place for non comercial or comercial purposes.

Protection for Children under age, for example under eighteen or under twentyone

People under 18 shouldn´t forward personal data to us without the permission of their parents or legal guardian.
We don´t request personal data from children or teenagers.
According to our knowledge we don´t collect any data like that, nor do we forward it.

Links to websides which others offer

Our online offer holds links to other webside offerers. We don´t have any influence on terms of which the other webside offerers keep to the rules of data protection.

You always have the right of getting information about the data registerd about you personaly,
where it comes from and the receiver, as well as the use of the data processing.
Information on the registered data will be given to you by our data protection representative.
